Monasabat’s website is an electronic platform through which Customers who are interested in hosting various types of parties can be linked to different Vendors, Contractors and Service Providers who are willing to provide their services.

Monasabat’s website will act as an intermediary and will not be responsible for preparing parties and their content upon request from the Contractors, specialized Companies and Service Providers through the website. Monasabat’s website acts as an agent on behalf of the Contractors and the specialized Companies to offer special services for parties. To request such service and to complete the parties and manage your experience throughout the ordering process until the end of the service via the website. Accordingly, your use and registration as a visitor on the Monasabat’s website constitutes as an express acceptance of all the terms and conditions and privacy policy (that is electronically integrated on the website) imposed by the website’s management. The management of the Monasabat’s website also reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of the Terms and Conditions. Changes become effective when they are posted on the website without any prior notice. Therefore, the Customers is obligated to review the Terms of Use and Conditions and the Privacy Policy regularly in order to overlook for any updates, as the Customer’s continued use of the application will constitute as full acceptance of all the changes that have been made to the privacy policy and the privacy policy and the terms and conditions of the Customer.

Registering a New Account

  • The Customer, Vendors, Companies, Contractors and Service Providers must have the legal capacity to open a new account on the Monasabat’s website.
  • The Customer, Vendors, Companies, Contractors and Service Providers must open a new account and create a password. Upon registration, credit card details must be provided. The password and information provided must be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
  • The Customer, Vendors, Companies, Contractors and Service Providers must provide correct, accurate and complete information in their profile and shall refrain from providing any false or misleading information about his / her identity, location, work, skills, or the services that he / she provides, and other details required by the website.
  • In the event that another party uses your account in the application, the Customer will be responsible for all services provided, and the website management will not be responsible for any loss resulting from that, unless the use of another party for your account was due to a defect or breach of the security policy in the application. In the occasion that the Customer has been notified or acknowledges that another party is aware of his / her personal account, then the Customer is obligated to contact the website’s management immediately in order to take the appropriate action against the other party.
  • The User can accept or refuse to save his / her debit card information when registering through the application or when ordering via the application. The data will be stored temporarily on his / her account, and the User’s cached data will be automatically updated any time. The User can disable this feature and remove the details of the debit card through his / her profile settings.

Service Availability

  • The Buyer and the Service Provider will be notified that the service is not available for any reason when requesting the service through the website.

Our Service Policy from the Website

  • When requesting a service through the website, a notice of acceptance and confirmation of the request will be sent from the website and the expected time for providing the service will be determined.
  • Monasabat’s website is just an intermediary. When the Customer confirms any of the services offered to him / her, this will be tantamount to a purchase request from the Seller himself. The Buyer will be responsible for paying the price for all the fees and charges for the required service through the Customer and the Service Provider’s account on the website.
  • The Customer and the Service Provider must provide sufficient information about the required services from the website in details. .

Service Cancellation Policy from the Website

  • The Customer can cancel the required services at any time before they are confirmed by the website management. If the website confirms the required service, the amounts paid by the Customer is non-refundable.
  • In the event that the value of the service was paid in advance (electronic payment) before cancelling it and before the site confirmed the start of the service, the value of the service will be refunded within 10-15 working days, either in cash or as a balance in the User’s account.
  • No service can be cancelled after it has been confirmed and processed by the Contractors, specialized Companies and the Service Providers.
  • Cancellation by the website: there may be cases where the website’s management is either unable to accept the service or cancel the service, for any reason including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of the required items, or unavailability of the required quantity that is requested by the Customer, unavailability of the service, inaccuracies of errors in the pricing information, unresponsive Customer, etc. In such cases, the Customer accepts and acknowledges that the website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any reason, without giving any reason to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges and accepts the same without objection.
  • The website’s decision to cancel the order will be final and the website’s management will not be responsible for this cancellation (cancellation) at all
  • In the event that the Customer and the Service Provider provides incorrect information or the Customer and the Service Provider is unresponsive or unreachable, or unavailable to fulfill the services provided to him, the Customer will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.

Return Policy

  • No alternative / refund / or any other solution will be provided without the permission of the Companies and Contractors contracted by the website’s management.
  • Any complaint that is in relation to the service, the Customer will be asked to share proof of errors before a decision is made to address the complaint.
  • The Customer is not entitled to a refund if the instructions laid down with the service are not followed as intended by the Customer. Companies and Contractors follow instructions at their best of ability.
  • All refunds are processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds are provided to the Customer in the form of credits, then the refund amount will be reflected in his / her account based on the respective banks’ policies.
  • There may be cases where the website is either unable to accept the service or cancels the service, for reasons including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of the requested services, or any other reason attributable to the website or the Companies and Contractors. In such cases, the website will not charge any cancellation fees from the Customer. If the service is canceled after the fees have been collected and the Customer is eligible for a refund of the value of the service or any part thereof, the said amount will be refunded to the Customer.
  • If the service is canceled after the payment has been collected and the Customer and the Service Provider is eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof in accordance with the website’s policies, the said amount will be reversed in the User’s account from the same source. If the Customer provides incorrect information and if the Customer is unresponsive, unreachable, or unavailable to fulfill the services provided to him / her, the Customer and the Service Provider will not be eligible for any refund.

Pricing, Payment, and Reimbursement Policy on the Website

  • The prices displayed on the application are subject to change according to the estimates of Sellers, Companies, and Contractors. In all cases, the amounts displayed on the application will be the amounts payable by the Buyer and the Service Provider, and details of these amounts will be indicated, for example (application fees, service fees, value-added tax…. etc.) before the service is approved.
  • The Customer will have the option to pay by credit card, direct debit, or cash. Payment can also be made using coupons or account credit.
  • Companies, Contractors and Service Providers can submit special offers through the website, and these offers will appear to the Customer on the home page. These offers are subject to the discretion of Companies and Contractors and can be withdrawn, retracted, or terminated at any time.
  • If the Customer encounters any problems or obstacles in the service process through the website, he / she can communicate directly with the website management to provide the necessary assistance. In the event that the service is completed by the Customer and the price is paid and the invoice is issued by the website, the value of the service will be returned in whole or in part at the discretion of the website management on a final basis, and the Customer may not object to it.

Services Fees

Monasabat’s website is an intermediary between the corporate Customer, the Contractors and the Service Providers reserves the right to impose service fees, which may be subject to change in order to provide its services. The Customer will be notified of any applicable service charges, taxes or other fees prior to the completion of the service on the checkout page of the website. Any changes will not affect the existing confirmed services unless there is an obvious pricing error. Please note that the fees may increase or decrease at any time.

  1. The policy of the Service Provider in terms of registration, the agreed contract, and the commission of 2.5% for the Monasabat’s website is taken from the total amount of the value of the service, in addition to 5% of the value of the service, which represents the added tax.
  2. Credit Card details are not required from the Customer or the Service Provider.
  3. Upon agreement and upon the Customer’s approval of the price offer, the Customer must pay 50% of the total amount of Monasabat.

The Policy of Vendors, Companies and Contractors

  • The Seller, the Company the Contractor and the Service Providers dealing with the Monasabat’s website must comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the website. When the website agrees to include the name of the Seller, Company, or Contractor, each Seller creates an identification file that contains sufficient data for his / her business and services that he / she performs to display it to Customers on the website. The Vendor is fully responsible for all the publications and the website does not take responsibility, while the website reserves the right to delete any publication or comment that does not comply with the website’s policies without any objection.
  • The Seller, the Company, and the Contractor have the right to display his / her works and advertisements on the website after the website’s approval, while adhering to all the conditions stipulated in the clauses (important conditions) and after the website’s management approves the offer. The display service for these works is for an agreed amount that is decided according to the time period, timing and the size of the advertisement.

Customer’s Obligations

The Customer is obligated to comply with all the Terms and Conditions contained in the document, and he / she must pay for the services he / she receives through the website, in the amount that the website specifies for each of his /her services.

Obligations of the Vendors, Companies, Contractors and Service Providers

Vendors, Companies and Contractors registered on the website and contracted with by the Monasabat’s website are obligated to perform the agreed services for the Customers of the services website, with the Monasabat’s website obtaining from the Vendors, Companies and Contractors a percentage of 7.5% (composed of 2.5% service fees for Monasabat and 5% VAT) of each service provided to its Customers that is due upon agreement on the type of service and its price.

Warranties and Pledges

The Customer warrants, represents and undertakes the following:

  • To fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to: penal laws, consumer protection laws and intellectual property laws in the UAE.
  • The Customer may not use this website for any illegal purpose or activity. The website management reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Customer terms and take any action it deems appropriate.
  • Provide correct, accurate and complete information in his / her profile and not provide any false or misleading information about his / her identity, location, work, skills, or other details required by the website.

Defining the Responsibilities

Monasabat will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from your use of the website or the content. or liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, consequential, special, or other damages, including loss of income, profit, loss of data, moral damages, or similar damages arising out of or in connection in any way in using, or the inability to use the materials on the website or the content, to the extent the foregoing limitation of liability is prohibited. Service Suspension

Monasabat reserves the right to suspend all services and suspend access of any authorized User to their accounts whenever they wish and without prior notice in the following cases, for example, but not limited to: if the website management concluded that the website’s trademark might be impacted negatively or damaged as a result of the continuous entry of the Customer or the Service Providers or the authorized person, and if the Customer commits a serious violation of the provisions of this Agreement or uses the website in a way that may hold the website legally responsible.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • We acknowledge that any patent, trademark, service mark, copyright, moral right, design right, know-how and any other intellectual property rights on our website or applications attached to the website belongs to us or the Companies and our registered Contractors. Customer may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or in any other way use any content on our website or applications in any way except for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Monasabat’s website and its accompanying applications do not claim ownership rights in texts, files, images, videos, music, sounds, or any other materials that you upload, send, or include on the Monasabat’s platform, except for content that was created in cooperation with the website team. The website does not guarantee any violation of the Customer’s posts on the website or the Contractors and Companies.

Other Important Terms

  • Monasabat’s website and applications attached to it is a service provider, and nothing in this Agreement stipulates the conclusion of a partnership or joint venture with any party.
  • Monasabat’s website and its related applications may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to another institution, but this will not affect your rights or obligations as a Customer under this Agreement.
  • In the event that a dispute arises between the Customer and the service providers, you agree and acknowledge as a Customer that the Monasabat website and the applications attached to it are not a party to any dispute between the Seller and the Buyer and do not assume responsibility or undertake settlement or provide support to resolve the dispute at all and for any reason.
  • Please note that the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its courts will regulate this Agreement, its subject matter and form. The parties have agreed that the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts in this agreement is exclusive in any dispute that arises, God forbid.
  • These Terms and Conditions may be subject to any modification, change, addition, or deletion at any time by modifying this page, and the Customer must refer to the page from time to time and review these amendments for their validity and application from the time they were modified on the page.
  • Monasabat’s website and applications attached to it and its affiliates have the right to communicate with the Customers through the website and applications attached to it in any form of communication (phone calls – text messages – notifications through the application …. etc.) at any time and the Customer is not entitled to take any legal action regarding this matter towards Monasabat’s website and the applications attached to it and its employees and affiliates.
  • The Monasabat’s website and the applications attached to it forbids every publication or content found in criticism of the website’s policy or one of its members other than expressing an opinion within the limits of public morals, or any publication that has any form of harassment of other people, and every content that consists of violence, hatred, any publication carrying offensive references, whether political, sexual, racist, defamatory, inciting violence, or that goes against the Arab and Islamic customs and traditions, etc.

Waiving Liability

Monasabat will not be liable nor responsible for any business or correspondence related to the service that happens outside Monasabat’s platform. Therefore, the Customer, Vendors, Companies, Contractors and Service Providers hereby waives, acquits and forever releases and agrees to defend and hold harmless Monasabat from any responsibility or liability whatsoever concerning any outside business or communication.
